YouTube Kids and the Geena Davis Institute teamed up to produce a series of playlists curated by Geena Davis with a kid-friendly focus on gender bias and diversity in the media. First in line: Girl Power, featuring strong female characters for kids. Playlists kick off with custom introductions from Geena herself and cover genres and interests from animated cartoons to read-aloud stories with female heroines.

YouTube Kids Guest Curation spotlights popular personalities and voices in the kids and family community who want to promote exploration, genuine storytelling, diverse perspectives and good causes. The goal of guest curation is to showcase the videos, moments and topics that bring kids and parents together to explore, react and inspire change, encouraged by the voices they recognize and love.
