Photos: A Night of Poetry Honoring Lucille Clifton

April is National Poetry Month and what better way to celebrate than to honor the life and legacy of renowned poet Lucille Clifton. On April 25th, the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media and The Clifton House in partnership with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation came together to host a night of poetry readings and conversation in honor of Clifton’s legacy, bringing together an all-star group of actors, activists, and accomplices of all ages to lend their voice to the readings of Lucille Clifton.
