Upon arrival to Google NYC, you will need to verify your COVID-19 vaccine status at a staffed entry point/registration desk and provide visual proof of your vaccination status to registration staff/security in order to attend. Vaccination verification information will not be maintained or shared beyond the event.
Valid Forms of Vaccination Verification include:
- Physical vaccination card
- Photo of vaccination card
- Official Digital records of vaccination from your vaccine provider and/or public health authority

- As a visitor, you must remain with your Google host and be escorted in the building at all times.
- To protect yourself and others, high quality surgical or other non-cloth face masks are recommended in congested areas, like elevators, cafe lines or meeting rooms with multiple occupants.
- If you are unvaccinated or choose not to disclose your vaccination status, you will not be permitted onsite.
- In the 10 days prior to the event, if you have tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have had close contact with any person that has COVID-19, or if you’re experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you will not be permitted onsite.
