Julia Mazza (she/her) is the Must See News Coordinator at the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. A former education professional, she has worked in a variety of capacities as writing copy, creating content, and taking on influencer projects, typically geared toward her passion for pop culture and media representation. When she’s not working at the Institute, you can find her at an indie movie theater in New York, where she goes to not only watch a story play out on screen, but also gain new perspectives other than her own.
